Located “off the beaten path” between Mauna Lani Resort and Mauna Kea Resort, the small and secluded oceanfront community of Puako had garnered only little real estate attention up until the past decade or so.
Today, Puako real estate is in high demand and is considered one of the most unique luxury beachfront communities on the Big Island. There are essentially two sides to Puako (literally) separated by the community’s only road that stretches for 3-miles along the coast. On one side it’s beachfront, and on the other side, it’s not.
