After a couple of years' worth of searching and exploring dozens of properties, we finally discovered the perfect 5-acre lot tucked near the heart of Kona—the ideal place to build our family’s future.
That was just the beginning. I took an active role in every aspect of the process, including land clearing, collaborating with surveyors, architects, and engineers, and navigating the complexities of building permits and county requirements. It was both challenging and rewarding.
