You found the blog before the blog found itself.

Here is what I can tell you. When this fills in, it will not be the recycled market-update filler you have already scrolled past on four other agent sites. I have been on this island since 2001. I sell real estate for a living because I am good at it and because it pays for living in the best place on the planet, funding my kid’s soccer dreams, and whatever arrived on the porch this week that I definitely did not order. I have stories, insights, and candid advice to share.

That is the material. Which neighborhoods actually work for the life people say they want. What a listing photo leaves out. What October does to this town. Why the house with the better view is sometimes the worse buy.
